The President oversees all administrative and governance matters of the organization and works closely with the executive members to realize the organization’s aims and goals. S/he is responsible for preparing the agendas for and chairing the annual executive and general meetings. At each meeting s/he will present a report of executive activities and general issues.

Le/la président/e veille sur toutes les affaires concernant l’administration et la gouvernance de l’organisation et travaille étroitement avec les membres du comité exécutif afin de réaliser les buts et les objectifs de l’organisation. Il/elle est responsable de préparer les ordres du jour des rencontres annuelles du comité exécutif et des assemblées générales annuelles et de les présider. À chaque rencontre, il/elle présente un rapport des activités du comité exécutif et de problèmes à régler.

The Secretary-Treasurer is responsible for all financial matters pertaining to the organization and for maintaining membership records, renewal and new memberships. S/he is required to present an annual report on the organization’s finances and membership at the executive and general membership meeting.
